We are offering an excellent job opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative ready to grow their career as part of our remarkable and growing sales team. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Sales Representative will be responsible for both acquisition of new customers as well as retaining and growing existing customers. The focus is on sales working directly with builders, developers, general contractors, and the architectural and design community to drive sales.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Grow and expand business/sales accounts within the construction trade and with homeowners in the assigned territory to gain product loyalty and repeat business

• Convert prospects into repeat customers

• Build a trusting relationship between our customers and Windowrama
• Develop and execute sales strategies with new ideas and changes to help maximize business opportunities

Requirements:
• Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
• Ability to interact with co-workers, customers and vendors
• Ability to work well under pressure and achieve results
• Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office, Outlook, IBM AS400)
• Strong Sales ability
• Extensive knowledge of product is essential
• Clean Driver License
